Real Estate contributes to Capital Magazine`s ranking of the largest deals on the residential segment – according to this ranking, in 2014, Crosspoint sold two of the ten most exquisite properties in Bucharest.
“For the final customers, the new residential compounds, very well located (near subway stations, parks or shopping malls), with quality finishes and reasonable surfaces and prices were of particular interest. On the other hand, the investors (especially developers) scouted for land opportunities, with surfaces ranking from 1.000 sqm to 3.000 sqm“, states Mihai Dumitrescu, managing partner Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate.
