In an in-depth analysis on the local constructions market, published in the July – August edition of BURSA Constructiilor, Codrin Matei, managing partner with Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate, states that, after a long period in which the constructions market stagnated, he expects a sum of new projects, both on residential and on office and commercial segments, to be announced in the following period.
“On the other hand, 2014 was and continues to be a good year for acquisitioning properties for large developments. Large surface land (of more than 6.000 – 7.000 sq.m.), in premium areas of Bucharest, may now be bought with prices starting from 400-500 EUR/ sq. m.”, ads Codrin Matei in the same material.
