After years of counting cash from providing advisory to investors regarding the best real estate opportunities on the local market, some of the real estate advisors became themselves developers – a BUSINESS Magazin analysis points out.
[…] “An interesting example regarding the recent evolutions on the real estate market are those consultants or investors that came out from other sectors than real estate, who followed the market very closely and acquisitioned land in the period between 2007-2008. After the blockage registered during the crisis, now they are beginning to announce more and more developments on these lands.
On the other hand, other investors bought lands at very good rates during full crisis and now they are beginning to develop on these lands”, states Mihai Dumitrescu, managing partner, Crosspoint – Investment Banking & Real Estate, as quoted by BUSINESS Magazin.
