Crosspoint – Rădulescu & Mușoi will help local SMEs and start-ups raise capital through the alternative AeRO platform
Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) officially authorizes the joint venture between the finance division of Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate and Rădulescu & Mușoi Law Office as advisor for the alternative listing platform AeRO.
Launched by the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2014, AeRO offers the investors the possibility of a larger portfolio diversification, through investments in new companies, in early development stage, from various sectors. The companies listed on AeRO may promote on the main Bucharest Stock Exchange market, after they meet the conditions for the main market.
Thus, together with only few other companies authorized nationally, Crosspoint Investment Banking – Rădulescu & Mușoi will assist companies (i.e. with business plan elaboration, companies` valuation) before their launch on AeRO, during the listing process as well as after listing – with the reporting process.
