Soul Residence project is located in a developing area of Otopeni city, on the road between Otopeni and Tunari. Construction began in 2021 and was completed in November 2022, consisting of two buildings with 20 apartments each.
“Sales for Soul Residence started in December 2021 and in December 2022 we had all 40 units sold and delivered to the owners with all the necessary documents. Even though the location is under development, the quality and design of the construction were the strong suit of the project and thus the sales process was successful. The Soul Residence community varies and is made up of young people who work in the northern area of the capital or Otopeni and also from elderly people in need for a change.
