DARIAN DRS group of companies, active in the field of din evaluation and consultancy, with business in Bucharest and other 17 large economic centres in Romania, rented a 500 sqm office space, within an office building situated in Cotroceni area of Bucharest. The transaction was assisted by the Office Department of Crosspoint Real Estate.
The lease agreement is signed for 5 years, aiming the rental of the 4th floor of a class A office building completed in 2012, situated in the proximity of the Botanical Garden in Bucharest, on 3-5 Ernest Juvara St., a building which thus reaches 100% occupancy rate.
The company will relocate its 30 employees’ team starting October 2015, having the intention to increase their number and expand its activities in the following period.
