Crosspoint Real Estate, a service delivery partner of Savills in Romania, has been appointed exclusive agent for the sale of the units in H Pipera Lake residential project, developed by Hagag Development Europe.
The project is located on the shores of Pipera Lake and will include a total number of 1,350 apartments arranged in 17 buildings, developed in 3 construction phases. The first phase consists in the delivery of 5 buildings GF+6 floors+7R with planned handover starting end of 2019 for 390 apartments, with built areas ranging between 55 sqm and 97 sqm. The construction will commence shortly.

The complex provides 1,600 parking spaces, as well as private gardens for the apartments situated at the ground floor. The alleys between the blocks are very wide, and in the vicinity of Pipera Lake there are uniquely designed relaxation areas, thus the architecture and functionality are in complete harmony with the trends and lifestyle of modern families.
