### Debt Advisory

We look at the debt you already carry: maturities, covenants, real cost. We renegotiate with your current lenders or move the facility where the terms are better, months before maturity rather than in the last week.

### Financing advisory

We structure the acquisition financing or the asset’s refinancing: we prepare the file in the lenders’ language and compare the offers on your side, not the bank’s.

### Asset disposals

We sell your asset to the investors who actually buy: a complete sale file, a competitive process and full discretion through to signature.

**How do you price an investment asset?**

On net yield calculated from the asset’s real income and on closed comparable transactions: WAULT, tenant quality, operating costs. Not on the average of market listings.

**Do you find buyers outside the public market?**

Yes. Part of investment deals close discreetly, without a listing. We take the asset directly to qualified investors in our network.

**How long does an asset sale take?**

It depends on the asset’s size and the quality of the documentation. A realistic calendar takes shape at the first conversation, on your asset’s actual situation, and we track it together stage by stage.

**Do you work with international investors?**

Yes. Through the Savills association, assets also reach international investors seeking exposure to Romania, with the same standards of presentation and reporting.
