”The market is changing and buyers are not looking for square meters anymore, they are looking for concept”, states Codrin Matei, Managing Partner Crosspoint Real Estate in an interviu for DUPA AFACERI PREMIUM – ZIARUL FINANCIAR.

In 2016 almost half of the office lease demand came from the IT&C sector, states Matei. The IT & C employees are difficult to attract and retain on the workforce market these days and have become more and more demanding – they no longer want to work in classical office buildings, demanding office space with certain personality.
