**Bucharest, July 6, 2026** – Crosspoint Real Estate supported Paralela 45, Romania’s leading tour operator, in relocating its offices to AFI Loft, part of the AFI Cotroceni mixed-use project in Bucharest. The transaction covers approximately 1,100 sqm of modern office space.

The move reflects Paralela 45’s commitment to providing an upgraded working environment for its team, combining contemporary office specifications with the connectivity and amenity infrastructure of an established business destination.
