We started in February and shortly moved on through the negotiations and due diligence process, despite the uncertain geopolitical situation. Throughout this period, we were actively involved in the negotiations between the parties, carefully analyzing their objectives, both the short-term ones, specifically related to the transaction, and the long-term ones, related to the need for business development, and putting them interests, so that in the end the gain is on both sides. We are grateful to Transilvania Constructii, SIF Imobiliare PLC, but also to the lawyers from Secu Legal, for the trust they gave us as exclusive brokers of this hill”_, says Ionut Stan – Associate Director, Land Development, Crosspoint Real Estate.
