On December 4th, at the CIJ World Gala, Crosspoint Real Estate was honored with the _Best Local Commercial Real Estate Agency of the Year_ award — a distinction that holds special meaning as we mark 20 years of activity.

We see this recognition not merely as a trophy, but as a confirmation that the work, projects, and consistency built over two decades continue to stand out. It is, in many ways, a meaningful milestone for a team that has grown, evolved, and delivered value year after year.
