Crosspoint Real Estate manages the purchasing transaction for 1.000 sqm land where the owner of Vitan Center plans to develop a residential compound.

The new project will be developed in Piata 1 Mai area in Bucharest and it will be exclusively represented for selling by Crosspoint Real Estate and plans to respond to the increasing demand for residential units.

The new project will deliver up to 50 residential units and it estimated to be completed during 2017.
