**Our Land Development team has brokered one of the largest joint-venture transactions on the Bucharest market, for our clients, Pedro Construct and Avantia. Pedro Construct will be the developer of the residential project located in Lacul Morii area, built on the plot owned by the Spanish investment fund Avantia. The total investment is estimated at over 500 mil. Eur.**

“_Pedro Construct’s project, established under their new brand – Heritage, will be developed on a 120,000 sq m plot of land, located on the shores of Morii lake. The project will include over 4,000 apartments and will be one of the largest urban regenerations in Bucharest. Heritage will provide swimming pools, public spaces, shops, gardens and will be integrated into the new public plan for the modernization of the promenade surrounding the lake and the artificial island_“, according to the representatives of Crosspoint Real Estate.
