_**Bucharest, 21 June, 2019**_**:** **trickSHOT, the well-known food & entertainment operator, has leased 643 sqm of retail space in myhive Iride Tower and an additional 758 sqm warehouse in the northern area of Bucharest, the latter to serve all the 3 locations they operate at the moment. Crosspoint Real Estate assisted the retail and logistics lease transactions.**

The office buildings standards have increased in recent years, therewith the restaurant/café areas serving them continue to be reinvented, targeting middle to high income clients.

**trickSHOT** will open **its first concept restaurant** in a business park, IRIDE Business Park being one of the largest of its kind in Bucharest, with a leasable area of more than 90,000 sqm and a large number of employees working in the area. By doing so, the company plans to strengthen its position in the food & beverage market.

trickSHOT is a successful brand, with experience gained in the operation of over 3,500 sqm of restaurants in Promenada Mall and Mega Mall. Their concept blends harmoniously spaces with different functionalities: professional kitchen, restaurant, an American-style “bowling alley” from the 1960s and a billiard club with English accents, thus bringing together the pleasure of quality gastronomy and the passion for bowling, billiards and Arcade Games.
