Ovidiu Chiorean is the new partner of the company, joining Crosspoint’s Investment Banking division in November 2012. He comes with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, debt advisory, EU funding consulting and banking, accumulated in outstanding companies such as Deloitte, ABN AMRO Bank, Raiffeisen Bank and Credit Suisse.
Ovidiu studied the Economic and Social Sciences at Fribourg University (Switzerland) then he worked as a credit analist for Credit Suisse in Fribourg. For more than 5 years while working in Delloite 2006-2012 as manager in Corporate Finance Advisory, he successfully managed buy-side mandates for clients like Ferrosan, sell-side mandates for clients like BCR, Unicredit, Raiffeisen and BRD Societe Generale. He also advised the Ministry of Transports regarding the privatisation strategy of CFR Marfa.
His personal motto is „Concordia, Integritas, Industria” and he strongly believes that Shareholder Value is much more than numbers.
