Selling a bank is not such a complicated process, if the seller is decided and more buyers are interested, as it is not sold on grounds of business results, but based on a portfolio, Ovidiu Chiorean, partner Crosspoint Investment Banking stated for ZF Live (June 2014).
„The buyer who takes over that portfolio has his own strategy regarding it”, also stated Chiorean. In 2013, Crosspoint Investment Banking provided advisory services in the selling transaction of Romanian International Bank to the Polish group Getin Holding.
