Send your CV- Senior Account Manager – Residential Open MarketBucharest3+ years
Crosspoint Real Estate, International Associate of Savills, is expanding its Residential division. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage residential rental transactions on the open market — building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants and delivering the standard of service that defines a premium agency.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of residential properties for rent on the open market, from acquisition to closing.
- Advise landlords and tenants throughout the process — pricing strategy, market positioning, viewings, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, generating new listings through proactive prospecting and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and present units to prospective tenants in a professional, client-focused manner.
- Negotiate, prepare and review rental agreements, renewals, extensions and terminations, coordinating with in-house personnel and consultants where needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of your portfolio, activity and pipeline in the company's CRM.
- Represent Crosspoint at networking events and in the market to secure new business contacts.
What you bring
- 3+ years' experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, brokerage or property management.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and closing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build your own portfolio.
- A collaborative team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Romanian and English. Additional languages are an asset.
- Driving license (category B).
