The project is located on The Exhibition Boulevard, across the street from the Romexpo complex, between the Headquarters of Unicredit Bank and the Romanian University - Americana.Access by car is made from The Exhibition Boulevard, the major artery with 2 lanes in the direction and the tram line in the middle, having a direct connection with Kiseleff Boulevard – DN1 – Henri Coanda International Airport, Marasesti Boulevard, Ion Mihalache Boulevard and Calea Grivitei. Public transport includes the future Expozitiei metro station (2 minutes walk), the current metro station 1 Mai (15 minutes walk), tram and bus stations in front of the project, the end of the light metro line 41 (3-5 minutes walk), respectively bus stations in the perimeter of Piata Presei Libere.
