Crosspoint Real Estate closes one of the biggest land transactions this year, the sale of a 5.000 sqm land plot in Herastrau/ Aviatiei area in North Bucharest, also providing assistance for the financial structuring of the transaction.
A high-end mixed – use development (retail – office – residential), with an unique architectural and lifestyle concept on the market will be developed on the plot.
