Crosspoint Investment Banking arranges EUR 1.3 M financing for one of its clients, active investor in the real estate industry. Crosspoint Investment Banking was sole advisor in the deal, that consisted in financial consultancy for the arrangement of both an investment loan and a revolving line of credit.

Among his signature transactions is the sale of the 54-hectare IMGB platform — the largest real estate transaction by surface recorded in Bucharest in that year.
