In a transaction brokered by Crosspoint Real Estate, Prima Development Group acquires a land plot of approximately 12,200 sqm in the 6th district for a residential development.

“We are pleased to complete another transaction with Prima Development. The area is booming and we are seeing an increase in interest following the infrastructure works in the area, both new and upcoming developments. We believe the project will become a landmark for the 6th district, in line with Prima’s other projects”, says Cătălin Gavrilă – Partner, Crosspoint Real Estate, involved in brokering this transaction.

“The project will have 490 apartments, service spaces on the ground floor and duplexes on the top floors. There will also be a nursery on the ground floor. We have started the authorisation procedure, we have the town planning certificate and we are about to start the approval procedure. We have an architectural concept competition underway for the facades of the buildings. We expect to get the authorisation by the end of next year and then we will start construction. The buildings will have a central heating system and the construction will be built to Nzeb standard, which will lead to a reduced energy consumption for heating and cooling,” Adrian Stoichină, COO of Prima Development Group.
