Mihai Dumitrescu, managing partner, Crosspoint Investment Banking & Real Estate, has recently participated at ZF Live, in a debate on the luxury property market with Cristian Hostiuc – editorial director of ZIARUL FINANCIAR.
“Investors are now scouting for better opportunities than bank interests – such as the acquisition of fully occupied office buildings, where yields reach 7,5-8,5% or luxury properties, with 5-6% yields”, Mihai Dumitrescu stated.
