Codrin Matei, Principal Partner at Crosspoint Real Estate, spoke to Property Forum about the top priorities for Crosspoint in 2023 and the recently launched new department, dedicated to residential leases and the PRS sector. The agency witnessed a significant rise in revenue from the industrial-logistics segment and recorded its best year to date, an extremely fulfilling result, especially in a difficult economic and political context.

Plans and priorities for 2023?

A large part of Crosspoint Real Estate’s exceptional results is due to the ability of its people to adapt to unforeseen situations, so the company’s main objective for 2023 is to continue to identify opportunities on the market in challenging times. In this sense, taking note of the growing trend in the demand for renting residential properties, Crosspoint has recently launched a new department, dedicated to residential leases and the PRS sector. Adjusting the aim towards the growth of the Industrial & Logistics team and increasing the visibility of the company’s Valuation department are also among Crosspoint’s top priorities for 2023.
