The land on which the warehouse was built is located in an industrial park 10 minutes' walk from the Pantelimon metro station. The warehouse is located on a plot of 5,000 square meters. The built area on the ground is approximately 3500 square meters. The warehouse was divided into four different areas: two storage and production spaces (approx. 3000 sq m) and an office area (approx. 500 sq m). The area resulting from the difference between the whole land and the built-up area on the land is divided between a green area and concrete platforms as follows: concrete platforms of 1,733 sqm and green areas of 378 sqm.
